ARRIVAL

Clients are asked to arrive no earlier than 5-10 mins prior to the start of their appointment time. If you should arrive early, please wait in your vehicle.

Please text ARRIVED to 833-217-7408 or gentle tap on my window and I will greet you at the door for your scheduled session.

As much as I love to chat, I require transition time between clients. I block out 30-45 mins after each session to clean up, disinfect, change over bedding, get food/ drink, regroup and ground before seeing my next client. Please understand you have 15mins after your session to get dressed and check out.

PRO TIP: I recommend paying before your session starts, this way you can just enjoy that post massage bliss.

CANCELLATIONS | NO SHOWS | LATE ARRIVALS

It can be difficult to fill last minute appointments.

I kindly ask for a 48 hr notice for cancellations in order to avoid a 50% service fee charge. I understand that life happens and am happy to discuss should there be an emergency or if illness occurs. If this is the case. Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

If therapist (that’s me!), has to cancel or reschedule, a full refund will be applied to any prepaid services within 2 business days and / or will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals will be charged 100% of service fee for duration of time left.

In the event of a No Show/ Missed Appointment, a fee in the full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file and/ or must be paid prior to rescheduling the appointment.

I do not accept insurance at this time.

E-Gift Certificates are available by request.

Gratuities are welcome, but I encourage you to save for your next session.

Referrals are ALWAYS welcome and appreciated! I believe in the power of word of mouth to build a sustainable practice.

I accept referrals from current clients and wellness practitioners at this time only. Please inform your referrals to mention your name at the time of scheduling. Thank you for understanding.

PRECAUTIONS

  • All table linens are changed between each client.

  • Cleaning / Sanitization between sessions.

  • HEPA air purifier is on during all sessions.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment as early as possible. Your health (and mine) is priority.
