ImportaNt: I am only accepting referrals from CURRENT Clients and Wellness PRACTITIONERS at this time. Thank you for your UNDERSTANDING.

Pleased To Meet You

I am Lindsay Holt, LMT. My main goal as your practitioner is to create a mindful intentional and creative approach to your massage & bodywork experience.

As a seasoned practitioner with 2 decades of experience, I use intuitive intelligence and many years of continued learning, to create a fusion of artful modalities, skillful tool work and an intuitive listening hands (and sometimes feet).

My approach is holistic, seeing each of my clients as a unique triad of Mind / Body / Spirit. You won’t have the same needs at each session. Some sessions you might be feeling great and more mobile in your body at other times, less grounded and temse. We are cyclical beings and our needs change just like the seasons.

I meet you where you are at. From there we co-create a healing session that is right for you. I look forward to being your guide.

The meaning behind the name

The Wild Soma refers to the body (Soma) as it is in its natural state (Wild).

Get To Know Lindsay

A little background

I became a bodyworker before I even knew what it was. My mom worked on road crews driving big machinery. After work she would be really tired and sore. She would ask me to walk on her back. I thought this was more like a fun game. I was only 5 after all. From there I went on to develop a very cool modality called Over Mommy’s. Imagine a full body rolling pin starting at your back and rolling down to your feet. I was the rolling pin. I am still very proud of this technique. I have my mother to thank for putting me on this path.

I have had private practices in both Utah and now Washington, where I have called home for the last 16 years. Married 17yrs to a Jack-of-All-Trades, Mama Wolf to two teenagers and a 75 pound fur child. I love nature and being outdoors. Backpacking and hiking are my favorite ways to enjoy nature. I recently completed a backpacking trip on the John Muir Trail, through the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the summer of 2024.

I like to say I was raised on landscape. I traveled a lot as a kid due to my mom’s job on interstate road crews. A wild upbringing instilled in me a love seeing new places and meeting all kinds of folk from all walks of life.

If you have made it this far, Thank you. I am a closeted writer who thinks someday she’ll write a memoir about her wacky life.

Our stories shape us in so many ways. Our stories live in our bodies and because of that, what we experience takes root in our nervous system and that can tangle up the tissues in the body. I look forward to hearing your stories and helping you untangle them.

Stay Wild,

Lindsay Holt, LMT

IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. I HAVE BEEN GETTING MASSAGE THERAPY WITH THE WILD SOMA FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND A MATCH. LINDSAY IS VERY TALENTED AND RESPONSIVE TO WHAT THE BODY NEEDS. AS WELL, THE MIND. ON SOME THERAPY SESSIONS, WE ARE VERY TALKATIVE AND OTHERS I AM VERY TIRED AND INTROSPECTIVE AND SHE IS VERY AWARE. MODIFYING PRESSURE AND PLACEMENT AS NECESSARY. THIS IS 90 MINS THAT I LOOK FORWARD TO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. -DAVE S.
